Does anybody know if and how one may control which server a file goes to
with the put functions?  I have my sites set up where the "local" copy
is on a network file server that is backed up each day.  Then my
"testing" server is in my local webroot where I can run and test my code
on my development machine.  Finally, my "remote" server is pointed to
the staging server.

I have not found any good way to distinguish which server my file goes
to when I put it.  Right now, it seems to only go to the staging server,
no matter what I do.  I've had to resort to a third party tool to keep
things straight, but I think this should be unnecessary.

Thanks
