You can use separate jvm.config files for each server, just specify the file
you want with the '-config' command line switch when launching the server.
I don't know how to do it on Windows, but it's a snap on *nix, via a shell
script.  Just check for jvm.config.<servername> and if it's present, add a
-config to the command line to execute.
