You bet. When you set up your vhost for your application, make sure it
doesn't include a reference to the /CFIDE/administrator directory so it's
not acecssible. Then just create another vhost that does have access to it.
As long as they're both connected to the same Jrun server, you'll be set.

No. If you the JMC will only ever deal with jvm.config, which is a bit of a
shortcoming I think, but not one that's a huge hurdle. If you go with
multiple files, make sure you never use the JVM config screens in the JMC,
and instead edit the files directly.
