RE: DreamWeaver Weirdness (VERY LONG)

Never found a reason to the problem, but was I finally remembered the axiom "When you re-install your software on a new computer, also re-install all the updaters."  Once I had applied the DreamWeaver 6.1 updater, all seems to be well.
