between CF, ASP.NET and PHP are negligible. You can do just about
anything you want with any of them. They each have their own little
perks and issues, but it all balances out and nobody can make the
definitive statement that one is better than the others. I use CF and
PHP both every day, so I'm likely to say that one of those is the best
for me to use on a given project, but that doesn't mean that someone
couldn't do basically the same thing in roughly the same amount of time
with ASP.NET if they're equally as strong in that language.
