I've got Red Hat AS 2.0 installed on an Itanium server.

J2SE 1.4.2 (64bit) is installed and working.
http://java.sun.com/j2ee/1.4/download.html
- j2sdk-1_4_2_04-linux-ia64-rpm.bin
(There aren't 64-bit downloads for the other three SDK pieces on that page.)

JBoss 3.2.5 with Tomcat is deployed and working.

I can't get the Macromedia CFMX installer to even start. At the command
line I get "extracting/unpacking JRE", then "unpacking/configuring
Installer", then I get the command prompt again. Is the installer having
a fit with the 64-bit OS? Is there some Java piece missing? Could I
create the WAR file on a P4 Linux server and just drop in onto the IA64?

I've got a lead on how to deploy MM CFMX J2EE on JBoss, but if I can't
even create the WAR file, my only option is New Atlanta's BlueDragon and
I wanted to test both before dropping that much cash.

Any help would be appreciated.
