Just an FYI to those who care. I've order the book at Amazon (as of June
25th) and it was supposed to be delivered or shipped today. Now Amazon is
telling me that they have a delay in the shipping and it might go out by
Sept 11th.
I can't wait till Sept 11th so if you've got a copy in good condition (i.e.
you haven't added your own notes, or coffee stains to it) drop me a line
with an asking pricing, condition, ship method, and how you want payment.
