Anyways, I had the same problem a few days ago on a shared server and I was able to fix it by putting in the STMP server IP (or Domain Name) in the server="XXX" attribute in the CFmall tag. The hosting company claimed that they had the correct into in the CFML admin for the mail server, but I don't think it was working correctly. Have you tried using the server attribute?
