When someone originally mentioned returns, I was thinking in terms of
profits, not in terms of 'product' being returned to the vendor...
Low profits wouldn't be the problem of CC processor. Low or non-existent
returns might be a good leveraging point.
Your guess of the process is probably better than anything I could come
up with.
While we're on the topic, anyone know where I can get a copy of iTune's
"Digital Rights Management / terms of service" document?
