For the most part you should be fine. We moved from 4.5 to MX and the only
real problem we had was with some old apps where we have used CFINSERT and
CFUPDATE, there is a small change in behaviour between 4.5 and MX. Apart
from that everything is pretty much ok. The only other problem we have had
has been some C++ CFX tags don't work on CFMX/Windows 2003, but I believe
this is a Windows 2003 issue as it works ok on Windows 2000 with CFMX.
Do it on a test server to start with, but you should be fine.
