For what's worth, you are supposed to get an autoresponder.
Sure, a human written message would be much better, but I understand it's
hardly feasible. Sometimes you get back an email from the team asking for
additional details too.

Based on my personal experience with that feedback form (dating back to
1998), I am pretty sure each report is seen by relevant people

well-know bugs?
