I totally failed to explain myself, sorry. I am not condoning the fact *any*
software ships with well-know bugs. It's just that I am not surprised by
this. I found it's pretty typical of the insanity that so heavily affect
software industry.

Latest two DW's releases have been especially bugs ridden (partially
improved with subsequent dot releases) and I've been pretty vocal about it.

As for the treeview, I guess for a typical Homesite/CF Studio user it can
appear "dysfunctional", but most DW users are happy about the way it works
now and many of them do not want to have it works like in Homesite.
Personally, I use both Homesite/CF studio and DW almost daily since 1997 and
both Files Panels are fine for me.

What really worry me about DW right now is that there are still cases when
it can silently corrupt your files. That's something I really find
"completely dysfunctional"
