I never managed to get batching working w/ the Allaire CyberCash tag.
We got the CFX_ONCR_CYBERCASH3 tag & it's been working decently for
batching. Just make sure you cflock all calls to it as it's not
threadsafe. We still use the Allaire tag for authorizations since
the ONCR tag is rumored to leak for auths.
