I'm not exactly sure what you want to do with this. Outlook forms have traditionally been written in VBScript, so conceivably you could create them from CF. However, you'd then have to install them, and I'm not sure how that would work. I'm also not sure whether newer versions of Outlook still use VBScript for this.
