I think the question would be how to do the form to begin with.  I think
CF could make anything happen (may require a java program or a Custom
Tag or something) but I don't know that there's a simple way to make
outlook forms.  Just put some time into figuring out how to create an
outlook form and then try to transition into how to make CF do it.

we have an ariba app internaly that uses an outlook form for
approval/workflow routing.  This is cool, doesn't require the users to
login to an pp to apporve of stuff, just check something, add a note, a
mash send.  Oh, nothing to install on client at all.

Was wondering if anyone did this via CF at all.  Maybe reg a few dlls
and able to do this via cfobject or something.
