I might also recommend making sure the confirmation email comes from a valid email address that is monitored. A lot of people are going to those 100% spam blocking systems that don't deliver the mail until you click on a link and type a code. If you're using a "noreply" address for confirmations, those people will NEVER get the confirmation. If you're only getting 10% non-activation, you're doing pretty good. I'm running closer to 25% for the bob guiney mailing list. - Rick ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Purchase from House of Fusion, a Macromedia Authorized Affiliate and support the CF community. http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=35 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:4:182779 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/4 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:4 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.4 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
