Donna, I don't have alot of experience in internet cafes, but I was in Poland recently and this mall was walking distance from our hotel. http://skyscraperpage.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=44155&papass=&sort=1 They had an internet cafe in the food court area. There was free wireless but I always bought a capuccino. It was perfect for my needs. In the cafe they had 2 levels. The first floor seemed to be regular desktop PCs. The second level looked to be some sort of game setup where all PCs faced the middlelike around a conference table type of thing?
For me an internet cafe should have good coffee and alot of support services like if you want to run in and download a file and burn it to disk. Typing papers, maybe web development. Maybe classes.
