Hi

We a UK.com and have had our server hosted in the US for the past 3.5 years
with CFXhosting.com. Our site runs as smooth as a babies botty. What with
the exchange rate its been excellent value. Sometimes the differences in
time zone have caused a few problems with not getting the right support when
needed. But i made a few noises to the account rep and this was sorted out,
and remember america has different time zones within itself. So one extra
for the UK is not as big a prob as you would think.

I have dealt with 2 american hosting companies and they really do seem to
know the importance of good customer service.

I am told by people who have visited the US that good customer service is
common throughout US society. Perhaps too good in some industries, as
apparentlty 5+ course breakfasts are readily available. Sounds like heaven.

Have a nice day

Paul
