That's why I recommend to use it. I guess your mileage may vary. I used to get good results and even the occasional direct feedback / fix / workaround from Macromedia engineers. But over the last half year the results are awfull, even when people have confirmed to me they issued enhancement requests / bug reports for certain issues they don't show up in the bug database anymore.
