Jochem, that is horrible.. this means a lot of people (including me) spend a huge amount of time and effort writing out the bugs with reproducible steps, and in the end it slides into the garbage can.
No wonder engineers at Macromedia have no clue about the bugs (although it only takes you a few hours use of the product to be confronted with them).
