You might have two problems.
The first problem is with CFX_GENERATE itself. We couldn't get that to work
either. When we examined the DLL with Dependency Checker, it reported that
the DLL depended on three Microsoft debug libraries not normally found on
machines other than developer workstations with Visual Studio installed.
The second problem might simply be that your command shell interface, in
this case CFX_SHELLEXEC, isn't working the way you'd expect it to. I haven't
used that one specifically, but I know that when I started playing around
with CFEXECUTE, I found it a bit counterintuitive.
