Looks like you deployed your WAR to the wrong directory.
The directory tree should be:
/Applications
/JRun4
/servers
/default
/SERVER-INF
/cfusion <-- expand cfusion.war into here
/META-INF
/WEB-INF
/cfdocs
/CFIDE
/administrator
...
/CFIDE <-- expand rds.war into here
/META-INF
/WEB-INF
rds.properties
You'll probably be better off deleting the whole JRun install and
starting over now since you've got a bunch of directories to clean
up...
