Dave, No we have never lost a sale, because the companies we deal with know that they are getting a good deal and know that the application is delivered to their requirements which no other developer is able to do with out creating a client/server application that is not browser based, which costs more than what we deliver.

Do you think it's possible you've ever lost a sale because of this requirement? If so, would the money lost from that sale have covered the cost of changing your application to work with other browsers? If the answer to both of these is no, then you're ok. If the answer to both is yes, then you're leaving money on the table. Assuming you can correctly answer both of these questions, they're all you need to ask.
