The only relevant question when comparing prices is "Who do you want to be cheaper?". I can easily argue that Eclipse, Linux, PostgreSQL and Bluedragon is cheaper then Visual Studio, Windows and MS SQL Server. I can also argue that Dreamweaver, Windows, MS SQL Server and CF MX Enterprise is more expensive as Visual Studio, Windows and MS SQL Server.
