If that's your case, it's a good thing you're not a lawyer. I've been doing consulting at a large company in the DC area that uses CF 5 and Notes (an IBM product), and I asked them what they plan to use for future applications, and they said "CFMX on WebSphere" (another IBM product). What's more, I asked them whether they were planning to switch to Exchange, and they said no! Based on this one incident, I strongly recommend you sell your Microsoft stock and buy IBM's, because MS is obviously doomed.
