like i said this isnt my app, just helping the guy thats doing it

dont assume that everyone codes in xhtml or for that matter even html 4.01
3/4 of the site u see wont even validate at 4.01 (heck look at the ppl on the 
list a good portion wont come close to validating)

and even i wont use htmltidy at least from a command line

i agree with what ur saying but not everyone knows what they are doing. Plus i 
think fp code would probably kill this thing lol

just cause u dont need it doesnt mean someone does
it would significantly help say a newbish person who say uses dw to write all 
the code.
most ppl on this list wouldnt need it but thats just a small portion of ppl who 
make webpage who might need it or may wanna use it
