What is their support like? I just looked on their site and they don't offer a phone number; for support they have online forms for sales, supports, etc... Do they restrict any CF tags? Do they offer Enterprise Manager, Query Analyzer, or MySQL-Front support? It's always nice to know there is a native English speaking person on a phone to help if needed.
