I followed those instructions before, and built eclipse, but I remember that the latest stuff wasn't in there, either CFEclipse view was missing totally, or the file explorer wasn't available. I don't remember which one.
Perhaps I didn't do it properly, but I think we definitely need better instructions on how to build and deploy the latest version.
