I think for someone who doesn't know the history of CF Studio, HomeSite, and Dreamweaver, it could be quite confusing. No mention of HomeSite or HomeSite+ appears on Dreamweaver product or store homepages, and it's stuck with a vague description at the bottom of the products page in the "More" category, right beside Fontographer.
Sean's message was the first time I've seen it clearly publicly stated as to why HomeSite+ is called "plus." It's a little vague that it means HomeSite+ = CF Studio - there's no mention of CF Studio on HomeSite's homepage. While I agree with him that it's a great price for ColdFusion Studio ($100 bucks off, and you get DW), it puzzles me as to why it took a discussion thread this long to get clearly stated. I'm a big fan of Macromedia products, but sometimes I don't feel MM does a good job educating its (potential) customers as to what their products or corporate goals are.
