I hate to always be the Crystal Tech basher on the list, but as I am currently working on transfering my sites away from them, I figure I should chime in as well.
The cfmx server that i am on seems to be down for about 15 minutes at a shot about twice a week. I get the message that says cf is too busy to accept any new conections. And I would guess its happened every couple months where I find that I cant get to the sites because of network problems, and when I try to call I cant get through. I wonder if they are using some kind of VoIP because as soon as the sites come back up, so does the phones. However whenever I call, no one seems to be able to confirm that they are having any problems, which is probably a standard response from the support team. On the flip side, when I have talked about my problems in the past, others have chimed in to say they never have problems and the support is great. So perhaps its just my luck :). But I feel obligated to share my experiences anyway.
