well that came stright form billville
what happened to me was this.
when i started in dynamic stuff i started with asp and so i needed access
so i bout a copy off of ebay
then i ordered a new puter that came with office and had the newest access on
it so i put my copy of access back on ebay and ms kept making ebay remove it.
first they tried to say i couldnt resell it because u cant resell oem software,
um ok, it wasnt oem......
so i kept putting it up and they kept removing it......
finally they told me i wasnt allowed to resell the product at all because i
didnt actually own it, they did.
and i would need written permission from them which they werent gunna give me.

one of the reasons i luv ms so much
