just seeing what ppl are doing with it now days the deal is there is 3 restuarants these ppl own and they are giving me a green light to basically do whatever i want with them so just checking to see what u guys are doing of course they will have menus and such, probably a gift cetificate deal, online reservations but what else can u do?
I don't have any applications and/or websites that I have built or used. But I can throw a couple of ideas around as an ex chef in my former life. If the restaurants are of fairly high quality combined with the popularity of celebrity chefs, you may consider some kind of bio information on lead chefs. Not so good, if the place suffers the standard, horrible turn over rate of many restaurants. Recipes of popular, but maybe not signature, dishes could attract some notice. Combining high quality, professional photos of important menu items would be more interesting then just its name and price. Smell would be even better, but we don't have wide spread access to that technology yet. Trickiest of all would be a possible comments section. I, as a consumer, would love this. But since this isn't a review site, it may not be that good of an idea. Speaking of reviews; be sure to include and/or link to any favorable reviews that are published.
