Advance apologies if this has already been suggested, I'm late to the thread. The first thing I always point out when I see this comment is to check the permissions of the user the CF service runs under. When you access the template through the browser it uses your personal permissions, whatever they are on your network. When the CF Service runs the template as a scheduled task, it runs as a fairly limited local user by default. If any security has been applied somewhere, it often does not have the necessary permissions without tweaking.
