Hey Jason,

Thank you all for you help and comments.  Fortunately I found out what I was
doing wrong.  I not only needed to join one table but two tables (if that
makes sense).  Then the data actually populated the pull down menu
correctly.

SQL can be somewhat tricky when dealing with relational databases.
