Could you post the top halfs of both App.cfm files?

It appears that the only way this will stop happening is if I change
"setclientvariables" to no for both apps.  Of course, that means we'll
have to go back and append the URLtoken throughout App B in order to
keep the session info.

So, it appears to have something do with the cftoken cookie.
