For XMPP/Jabber you have to set up the config file and the cfc. Fill in the username, password and server location inside the .cfg and setup the cfc and point to both of them inside the Admin. I wish they included Jive with CF 7 so Rich clients would not have to run into cross domain issues. Maybe Jive could have been another servlet service like remoting is currently.
