If you have previously used the web server configuration tool to connect a CF instance to the "Global Web Site" properties, CF will handle requests sent to any virtual web servers you create later. If you used the configuration tool to connect a CF instance to a specific IIS virtual server, you will need to rerun it to connect that (or another) CF instance to any other specific IIS virtual servers.
