If you are running 200 sites with a partner you actually say you can't trust, why the hell aren't you switching to your own server, collocated. Blame yourself if something goes wrong, you just made the wrong choices. People still think they should get diamond service for a penny at a host. If you want real service and real quality, pay for it.
If my home DSL line gets offline, I don't whine also. I choose to pay only $20 for it monthly, and I am aware that although I get 8 Mbit, the rest of the package is very low. If I want both, I need to pay for it, simple as that.
