The bug was an endless js popup saying you needed version 4 or better(when
using ff, mozilla or netscape).
However you wont get the error anymore :)

I did just recieve an email from the president of the company (which I will
post below) who was cc'd the emails I sent in and he made sure it was properly
fixed.
So it's good to see that someone there cares about the customers.
So anyway's I guess I get a free copy of the cfpowertools and I will give it
a run and post back the results.
Me make a BIG STINK? haha no way ;)

 Dear Dave,

I have been CC'd on all of your communications with our development people.
I appreciate the big stink you made about our site not working with Firefox.
I insisted that this be resolved in whatever way possible. As you will
note, the homepage of the site now is fully compatible with Firefox. There
may be other pages that are not, I am not sure. But these too will be
modified to work (if there are other pages).

If you had not made such a persistent, BIG STINK with my webmaster, nothing
would have been done until the next release of our site.

Because you have shown an interest in our online presence I am forwarding to
you a copy of CFPowerPROCESSOR v2.0, which by the way is compatible with
 Firefox.

Thanks again for your persistence and concern,

 Regards,

 Patrick D. Evans
 CEO

I read all this and I still don't know what the bug is...
