When I "do the math" on the issues CT is having, what I get is that CT
has more customers on CFMX 7 than anyone else, so it is bound to have
the problems show up there first, particularly as it allows customers
J2EE sessions (which I appreciate having).

I know CFMX 7 was heavily beta tested and has run on some servers for
quite a time, but there is nothing quite the same as putting the new
version into a production, shared hosting environment with lots of
different customers doing lots of different things.

I have about 20 sites at CT, one of which is on CFMX7, and I am not
contemplating a move.

I keep telling myself that, for all the pre-testing, beta, etc., we
are still between the initial release and the first announced patch,
as well as what might turn up in the shakedown cruise that are
workarounds that are not patch material but do end up in revising
server settings, etc.
