Have you tried authorizing XP after 3 reinstalls with the same key? Macromedia's a dream... Microsoft sends the Agents from the Matrix thru the phoneline into your head to make sure you're not trying to rip them off AND to collect the serial number off your IP.
You'd be lucky to get that much help from anyone. And, since I spent over 40 minutes on hold waiting for a Belkin rep to answer my question and be told I'd have to call the OS writer for the problem, and then, when I DID figure out the problem that I'd spent 4 hours on it turned out to be an apparent bug in their friggin firmware for the WAP and they hadn't ever answered my question. Anyway, the Transfer Licenses menu option should cover you... and keep perspective. Laterz, J PS - If for no other reason, you want to keep your software legal because you don't want the Digital version of the CIA, most commonly known as the BSA, storming thru your office and nailing you $25,000 for every unlicensed copy of your software.
