I also have absolutely no legal training. That's why the sig says "Web 
developer" and not "Esquire".

But my understanding (and feel free to correct me, I'm used to it) is that if 
you refuse to let them in, they will pull the licenses for the software you 
have. (As in if you don't cooperate, you are violating the EULA)
