Yes, those are all EXCELLENT suggestions... unfortunately most of them are already in place.
The issue is this seems to be recent and the 200k page is being served in-houe on a local 100mbs network... almost seems like it might be something else... ergo I was asking about IIS tuning because it's something I have only googled and figured there might be something between cf and IIS that I'm clueless about. Am I chasing up the wrong tree here?
