Actually, if the file extension is .asp, it is probably "classic" ASP and
not ASP.NET. In that case, both points are incorrect. The web server would
need to be IIS 4 or higher, and configured to run ASP files. In addition,
the code in the file would be JScript, which is essentially JavaScript. For
that matter, JScript.NET is essentially JavaScript as well - it's just a
..NET-compliant version of JavaScript.
