What if you... heaven forbid... just deleted the messages you didnt want to read form your inbox? I think the CT thread is extremely valuable. If you want to have the argument of "I'm so important, I read soo many blogs / email everyday I cant spare the split second it takes me to read the topic". Well my response is "Unsubscribe".
Honestly, if you dont want to read the message, don't read it, and boot the thread form your inbox. Making general rules to boot threads just will not work with the large audience.
