I don't feel like reading all 70 of the posts in the this thread, so lets jsut put it this way. If you are worried about CF getting the boot, then get your comapnies to buy as many CFMX7 licenses as they can. Afterall, they wont give the boot to a product line that returns a profit. Make CFMX7 the best selling version yet.
