Nope.  That code comes from an installer that writes the
/Application.cfm during an install.  It only runs once.

No need to use a fancy installer though.  You can just as easily type
this in yourself:

myapp_20050422153000

And do something similar for the datasource name.  Easy PZ and problem solved.
