We had an issue here where the CF server needs to be able to resolve the webroot by going to the domain i.e. www.cnn.com . So our issue was that we were behind a firewall so going to our domain wouldn't work. We had to install a seperate DNS server to be able to resolve our full domain, then it worked correctly.
