Actually, CF might be the only requirement. Their IT guy is ALL CF, and doesn't really have a great deal of familiarity with PHP, so I suspect it may take longer just to get the PHP version up and running... Thanks for the link, but I suspect he's looking for a robust CF solution that he can dig into and just deploy pretty easily.
