Today, while testing a application that handles a file upload that was
previously working in previous versions of CF (with Security Sandbox turned
on), I got the following error message:

Security: The requested template has been denied access to
C:\CFusionMX7\runtime\servers\coldfusion\SERVER-INF\temp\wwwroot-tmp\neotmp38262.tmp.
The following is the internal exception message: access denied
(java.io.FilePermission
C:\CFusionMX7\runtime\servers\coldfusion\SERVER-INF\temp\wwwroot-tmp\neotmp38262.tmp
 read)

If I disable Sandbox Security in CF Admin, then the error message goes away.
So, I guess the work around for this is to add the CFusionMX7 directory to the
Security Sandbox, but that seems like a bad idea from a security standpoint.
Also, it seems kind-o-funky that this changed in v7. Anyone have any insight or
better solutions?
